HAPPYWEIGHT CONSULTANCY PROGRAMME
 
The Happyweight Programme is a no diet, no deprivation approach to gaining control of your weight and eating patterns. It helps to train you to think like a naturally slim person and assists with any  deep-seated issues that you may have consciously or unconsciously relating to food and mealtimes.
 
The programme utilises the cognitive benefits of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy ( known as CBT) and the goal setting benefits of Neuro Linguistic Programming (also known as NLP)
 
 In working with the programme, you will start to understand what has caused your problem and what you can do about it. It basically teaches you how to have long term success in maintaining a healthy happy weight for you - it can be a very enjoyable and enlightening experience.
 
The programme covers three areas:
 
Pyschological Skills -
Could you do with some help to keep you motivated? Are you struggling against eating patterns caused by stress or emotions? Are you confused about why you have found it such a struggle in the past and this time you want to get it right?

Food and Nutrition -
What do you know about food and how it works in your body? Do you know which foods make you healthy, which ones speed up your metabolism and which ones make you more likely to store fat?
 
.....Discover the truth and myths about food and how eating what you love can help you to slim.
 
Physical Activity
Do you love and find it easy to do...or hate it and avoid it? Maybe you have no time in your busy day for it? Do you know which activity to do to burn fat?
 
....Find ways of maximising your activity levels that fit into your life and routine.
